Visiting Scarborough- 5 weeks to go

This weekend two of the Middlesborough diocese cyclists, Tom Parr from Bridlington, and Anna-Marie Treloar, from York, spoke to the parishoners of  sunny Scarborough about To Land's End 2012, and appealed for prayers and donations to our three charities, Mary's Meals, African Mission and St Pio's Friary, Bradford. The appeal was very successful, raising over £900, which will be used to great ends by the charities. The generosity of the Scarborough parishoners and their enthusiasm for the venture was overwhelming, leaving the cyclists eager and keen for the summer!

7 weeks to go

Dalby, North Yorkshire
Preparations are well underway for the start of To Land's End 2012. Alongside the practical arrangements, there's a lot of physical training to be done. As we're in the UK, that's recently involved some wet and grey bike trips- here are some photos from today's sunnier training ride in North Yorkshire.
